NIFA NCR Playoffs 2025: Bestlink College of the Philippines (BCP Kalasag) Bags Historic Title

The NIFA NCR (National Capital Region) Playoffs 2025 delivered a week-long display of high-level basketball action, held from August 4 to August 8, 2025 at Boost Basketball Gym, Caloocan. Eight powerhouse teams advanced to the knockout stage, each carrying the pride of their schools and the determination to etch their names into league history.

Out of the 12 colleges and universities who participated in the NIFA NCR leg, the playoff picture featured a diverse mix of 8 schools that showcased the depth of collegiate basketball talent:

Finals Round

After a series of intense matchups, the competition narrowed to four teams battling it out in the Finals round.

In the Battle for 3rd Place, the PCCR Serpent Eagles overpowered the APC Rams, showcasing resilience and teamwork to clinch a podium finish.

The Championship Match featured a clash of heavyweights: BCP Kalasag against the Arandia Rhinos. In a thrilling showdown, Kalasag proved their dominance, executing their game plan to perfection and capturing the NIFA NCR Championship title.
