Manuel L. Quezon University (MLQU), established on November 1, 1947, by Dr. Leoncio B. Monzon and 18 distinguished professors, is a private, non-sectarian educational institution located at 916 R. Hidalgo Street, Quiapo, Manila. Named in honor of President Manuel L. Quezon, MLQU is dedicated to upholding the principles of “Pro Patria et Jure” (For Country and Law) and the philosophy of “Know Thyself.”
